• Identity & Contact Details: Full name, delivery shipping address, billing address, contact phone number, and email address provided during account creation or guest checkout.
• Motorcycle & Fitting Preferences: Saved motorcycle make, model, and year stored in your optional rider profile or garage to recommend tailored helmet and gear sizing.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system version, time zone settings, and referral URLs collected automatically through standard server logs.
• Order & Communication History: Records of items purchased, invoices generated, warranty claims initiated, and transcripts of customer support correspondence.

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To fulfill and dispatch your orders to your specified pin code across India.
• To transmit automated order status alerts, shipping AWB tracking details, and electronic tax invoices via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• To verify Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility and prevent fraudulent transactions or courier rejections.
• To process authorized 30-day size exchanges, returns, and manufacturer warranty claims.

• Logistics Couriers: Delivery partners (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees) receive your recipient name, destination address, and phone number solely to complete doorstep parcel handovers.
• Communication Gateways: Transactional SMS and email gateways for order confirmations and OTP verification.
• Legal Authorities: Where compelled by applicable Indian judicial warrant, subpoena, or statutory regulation.

We retain your transaction records and account data for as long as your account remains active or as required by Indian taxation, GST compliance, and accounting statutes (ordinarily up to 7 years for commercial invoices).

Upon request, non-statutory personal identifiers and browsing history will be permanently anonymized or purged from our active customer records.
